How It Works
Email generation starts after brand analysis and strategy creation. The platform has already extracted the brand's visual identity (colors, logos, fonts) and generated 5 marketing strategies. For each strategy, the AI produces email content that aligns with the strategy's core tactic and emotional hook.
Each email campaign includes multiple components. The subject line is written to match the strategy's angle, an urgency-based strategy produces subject lines with time-sensitive language, while a trust-based strategy produces subject lines emphasizing reliability and social proof. Preview text (the snippet visible in inbox list views) is generated to complement the subject line and increase open rates. The body copy follows a structured format: headline, value proposition, supporting points, and a clear CTA that links to the corresponding landing page.
Newsletter templates are generated separately from campaign emails. Newsletters are formatted for ongoing brand communication, they include sections for featured content, product highlights, company news, and footer elements. The layout uses the brand's color scheme and includes the extracted logo in the header. Newsletter templates are designed for repeated use, not as one-off campaign sends.
All email content is editable after generation. You can modify subject lines, rewrite body copy, adjust the CTA, or change the visual layout. The platform includes an email editor that lets you make changes without touching HTML. For users who want more control, the raw HTML is accessible and exportable for use in external email sending platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or any ESP that accepts HTML templates.
Email campaigns tie into the broader multi-channel system. A lead who clicks through from an email lands on the corresponding strategy's landing page. If they submit a form, they enter the CRM and may receive a follow-up SMS or WhatsApp message from the AI voice agent. The email is the entry point, but the platform handles the full downstream engagement.
Use Cases
Agency onboarding a new client. An agency enters a client's URL and receives 5 complete strategies, each with email campaigns. The agency presents the client with multiple email approaches, one emphasizing urgency, another building trust, a third focusing on educational content. The client selects their preferred direction, the agency makes minor edits, and the campaign is ready to send. Total time from URL input to email-ready campaign: under an hour.
E-commerce seasonal promotion. An online retailer needs email campaigns for a summer sale. The platform generates on-demand strategies for the seasonal event, each with corresponding email content. The retailer gets subject lines, body copy, and newsletter templates, all in brand colors with the correct logo, without briefing a copywriter or designer. They export the HTML to their ESP and schedule the sends.
Multi-channel lead nurturing. A B2B software company uses the platform to generate an email drip sequence for trial users. The emails are part of a broader campaign that includes landing pages for feature education, SMS reminders for trial expiration, and an AI voice agent that calls high-value leads. The email sequence is one touchpoint in an automated multi-channel nurture flow.
